Cousin Oscar
The Cousin Oscar is like that laid-back friend at a party, made for fun. Winemaker Jean-Marie mixed the label from vintage vibes of 50s magazines and named it after his girlfriend's cousin Oscar, a real charmer among the ladies.
The grapes, Cinsault (organically grown on the estate) and Pinot Noir (bought from sustainable vineyards in Languedoc-Roussillon) grow on limestone soil. The production has a relaxed approach; grapes destemmed, crushed and only a short maceration of 3 days without intensive extraction.
Tip: this red wine is delicious to drink chilled or at room temperature.
