Sauvignon Blanc and Olaszrizling together form this blend. Little fuss, spontaneously fermented, matured for 6 months in amphorae, bottled without filter. Deliciously aromatic and easy to drink.

Kristinus is located on the southwestern shore of Balaton, the largest natural lake in Central Europe. A unique winery that will be Demeter certified in September 2022. They are passionate about promoting soil health and biodiversity. Permaculture, ecology islands, insect hotels and local crops ensure healthy grapes. By fermenting a large part of their wines in clay barrels, the grapes get their natural fruity character. Kékfrankos, Furmint and Olaszrizling are the stars of their vineyard.
