This Hungarian rock star 'Irsai Oliver' comes straight from nature. Spontaneously fermented on the skins, unfiltered in the bottle. No frills, just as the earth intended. The result? Fresh, fruity, with a wild intensity that makes you pay attention. Citrus that puts you on edge, blossom that calms you down and a hint of herbs that keeps things exciting. That skin maceration provides an extra tingle, a light sparkle on your tongue but no bubbles!

Kristinus is located on the southwestern shore of Balaton, the largest natural lake in Central Europe. A unique winery that will be Demeter certified in September 2022. They are passionate about promoting soil health and biodiversity. Permaculture, ecology islands, insect hotels and local crops ensure healthy grapes. By fermenting a large part of their wines in clay barrels, the grapes get their natural fruity character. Kékfrankos, Furmint and Olaszrizling are the stars of their vineyard.
